If you've never heard of Blueprint before let us introduce who we are and what we do. Blueprint Body Performance is home to the very best results-based group training workouts! Our uniquely programmed 45 min boot camps, use a combination of industry-leading training principles that will get you burning fat and building muscle faster than ever!

The Boot Camps use a combination of unique functional, bodyweight, resistance and cardio exercises that target specific areas of the body. With an emphasis on strength development, over the course of a full training week you will work every muscle. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness pro, all sessions are carefully instructed and supervised by fitness professionals that take care in ensuring you are performing each exercise correctly and safely.
