

What is Boot Camp?
High-intensity group classes that combine cardio & weights. Each class is run by Fitness Professionals that coach your form, help you with any alternative exercises you may need and motivate you to train at the intensity to get results.
Class times?
Monday to Friday
Morning: 5:00, 6:00 & 9:30 AM
Evening: 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday
8:00 & 9:00 AM


Pricing?
As a member of Blueprint, you'll have access to all our classes and become part of our amazing Fitness Fam.
$40-$60 Per Week
