WHAT IS BLUEPRINT BODY PERFORMANCE?

Blueprint Body Performance is home to the very best results-based group training workouts! Our uniquely programmed 45 min boot camps, use a combination of industry-leading training principles that will get you burning fat and building muscle faster than ever!

The sessions follow a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) protocol using an array of unique functional, bodyweight, resistive and cardiorespiratory exercises that will challenge every muscle group along all movement patterns. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness pro, all sessions are carefully instructed and supervised by fitness professionals that take care in ensuring you are performing each exercise correctly and safely.
